MGLionBet Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

Welcome to MGLionBet. The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and MGLionBet ("we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the MGLionBet website, mobile platform, and all associated services. These Terms apply to all activities on MGLionBet including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, sports betting, bonus redemption, and customer support interactions.

• You are acting of your own free will and have not been compelled or incentivised by any third party to register or place bets.

Age Verification Process

MGLionBet takes age verification seriously. While registration may be completed without uploading documents, MGLionBet reserves the right to request proof of age at any point before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts that cannot provide satisfactory age verification will be suspended and balances held pending resolution.

2Account Registration

To access the full range of MGLionBet services, you must register an account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth.

One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one MGLionBet account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts – whether under the same name or different names – is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, MGLionBet will close all but the oldest account. Any bonuses redeemed across duplicate accounts will be voided and the combined balance may be suspended pending investigation into potential abuse.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your MGLionBet login credentials – including your password and any two-factor authentication codes – secure and confidential. MGLionBet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your MGLionBet account, you must notify our support team immediately. MGLionBet accepts no liability for losses incurred through unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Accurate Information

All information provided to MGLionBet must be true and accurate. Providing false information – including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your identification documents, or a phone number that belongs to another person – is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

MGLionBet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing times.

MGLionBet does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of MGLionBet, and such fees are solely your responsibility.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from MGLionBet is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within five minutes under normal circumstances. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day.

MGLionBet reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering procedure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on the part of the player. Withdrawals will be paused until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal

Funds deposited as real money (non-bonus) may be withdrawn at any time after any associated wagering requirements from active bonuses have been met. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement for that specific bonus has been completed in full.

• Real money deposits: withdrawable at any time, no playthrough required.
• Welcome bonus credits: subject to the wagering requirement stated in the specific bonus terms at the time of offer.
• Free bet winnings: subject to a minimum 1× playthrough before withdrawal unless otherwise stated.
• Cashback credits: subject to a 1× playthrough requirement.

4Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on MGLionBet are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or sport. These rules are available within each game or betting market and should be read before placing any wager. The following general rules apply across all MGLionBet betting and gaming activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. MGLionBet cannot reverse a confirmed bet under any circumstances except in cases of a clear and demonstrable technical error on the platform's side.
• The minimum bet across most MGLionBet casino games is Rs 10. The minimum sports bet is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and game type and are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• In-play sports bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined (due to transmission delay or technical error) will be voided and stakes returned.
• MGLionBet reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were opened in error or that contained manifestly incorrect odds. In such cases, stakes are returned in full.
• Winnings are credited to your MGLionBet balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant market or completion of a game round.
• All games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) or live physical equipment (for live casino tables). Published Return to Player (RTP) figures are long-run averages across all players and sessions and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For cricket matches at MGLionBet, the following additional rules apply:

• Match winner bets require a result to be reached. Abandoned matches without a DLS result are voided and stakes returned.
• In-play over total bets settle based on runs scored in the specific over, not total innings runs.
• Player performance bets settle based on official scorecards as published by the relevant cricket board.
• MGLionBet uses official ICC, PCB, and PSL scorecards as the primary settlement source.

5Bonuses and Promotions

MGLionBet offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual offer:

• Each promotional offer is available to eligible players only and can be claimed once per player unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• MGLionBet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances will be given reasonable notice before any change takes effect.
• If a player withdraws real money funds while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings generated from it may be forfeited at MGLionBet's discretion.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your MGLionBet wallet. Real money is wagered first unless the player selects otherwise.
• Attempting to manipulate bonus systems – including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play – is a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure.

6Responsible Gaming

MGLionBet takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we are committed to providing tools and information to help players maintain control. The following tools are available to all MGLionBet account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your MGLionBet account. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum acceptable losses per day, week, or month. MGLionBet will suspend betting access once your stated limit is reached for the relevant period.
• Session Time Reminders: MGLionBet will send you a notification after a set session duration if you request this feature. This is a simple reminder to take stock of how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a complete break from MGLionBet can request self-exclusion for a minimum of 30 days up to a permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account is disabled and you will not receive any promotional communications from MGLionBet.

7Privacy and Data

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MGLionBet platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Exploiting any software bug, error, or system vulnerability. Any player who discovers a technical error on MGLionBet is obligated to report it immediately and must not exploit it. Wins generated through exploitation of a known error are forfeited.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events covered by MGLionBet.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit made to MGLionBet except in cases of genuinely unauthorised transactions. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
• Allowing a third party to use your MGLionBet account, or using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Any activity intended to launder funds through the MGLionBet platform.

9Account Suspension and Termination

MGLionBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation when requested.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their MGLionBet account may do so by contacting customer support. Any real money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain active. Bonus balances and any winnings generated solely from bonus funds are not returned on voluntary closure if wagering requirements have not been met.

MGLionBet will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice before involuntarily closing an account except in cases where immediate closure is required due to suspected fraud or legal obligations.

10Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

MGLionBet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the MGLionBet platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or third-party service provider issues.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by payment providers, banks, or telecom operators operating independently of MGLionBet.
• Losses resulting from bets placed based on inaccurate odds that were published due to technical error, provided such errors are corrected promptly and affected bets are voided with stakes returned.
• Any loss of data, profits, or revenue not directly attributable to MGLionBet's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party game providers whose products are hosted on the MGLionBet platform.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute about any bet settlement, account action, or payment on MGLionBet, the correct process is:

1. Contact MGLionBet customer support via live chat or email at support@mglionbet.bet, providing full details of the dispute including bet reference numbers or transaction IDs where applicable.
2. MGLionBet will investigate and provide a written response within 5 business days for standard disputes and within 24 hours for disputes involving unsettled bets on live events.
3. If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered by MGLionBet, you may escalate the matter through the relevant formal dispute process as notified by customer support.

All disputes should be raised within 30 days of the relevant transaction or event. MGLionBet will not accept disputes raised after this window except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

11Changes to These Terms

MGLionBet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, MGLionBet will:
